We offer free standard shipping with all van + veronica™ orders of $50 or more (excluding taxes). For orders under $50, we offer a flat rate shipping option for $11.99.

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship to APO and/or FPO boxes.
It is our goal to get your van + veronica items to you as quickly as possible. We typically process orders within 1-3 business days and ship from our sunny South Florida location, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, etc.

You will receive a shipping notification once your items have been processed and are ready to be shipped. Once we issue your shipping notification, we cannot accept a cancellation or issue a refund. If you need to cancel an order, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your van + veronica package should arrive within 3-7 business days. Please note that this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Once the carrier picks up your package, the carrier becomes responsible for final delivery of your items.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect and/or incomplete shipping address entered by the customer, or if the customer was not home at the time of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered incorrectly or are lost due to incorrect and/or incomplete shipping information provided at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds if any portion of the address is missing, incorrect or incomplete.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at email@example.com.
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.
